This may have done intentionally by providing their spouse with their user name or password. Sometimes though a spouse will gain access to accounts without permission by snooping through your email or by installing software such as keylogger on your computer.

It would be best if you did not use your social media accounts while your divorce was ongoing. Even if you adjust your setting your spouse may be able to see what you are doing if you share friends.
